A Little Bit About Mrs. Hoag...
My name is Mrs. Chelsea Hoag and I am a fourth grade teacher at Wildwood Forest Elementary. I was born and raised in Lexington, NC and I graduated from West Davidson High School. I then spent four years at Lenoir-Rhyne University, where I received my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and played on the women's volleyball team. Go Bears!
I have been teaching elementary school since 2012. I taught fifth grade my first three years and now I am currently teaching my second year in fourth grade. I love working with children and helping them see the potential they have as students, as well as the possibilities that lie before them in their academic career.
In my spare time I enjoy hanging out with my husband, Cody, and our dog, Winnie. I like to read, exercise, spend time outdoors, bake, craft, take naps, watch movies, and cheer on the Wolfpack and the Packers with my husband. In the summer, Cody and I love to travel and explore new places. We also try to relax on the beach whenever we can!
Thanks for taking a moment to get to know me. I can't wait to learn more about your child as we work together this year!
